Helix Delivers: Fast, Frictionless 2026 Draft List Rollout

Helix Delivers: Fast, Frictionless 2026 Draft List Rollout

Helix delivers a seamless launch for the 2026 Draft List – powered by AI-augmented automation

Yesterday marked the publication of the first 2026 Draft List Revaluation for England & Wales, and we’re proud to say that the entire rollout across Helix Insights was completely seamless.

Our fully automated, AI-augmented processing engine handled the transition with ease as Helix had ingested, validated, and deployed it across our platform.

By close of play, our Business Development Engine had generated and delivered more than 400 reports, highlighting all changes between the 2023 and 2026 Lists including a Retail, Hospitality and Leisure marker to coincide with the new multiplier slices. These reports covered over 73,000 hereditaments, ensuring our clients had immediate, actionable insight on day one.

This level of speed and accuracy is exactly why we have pushed the engineering for: real-time transformation of national-scale rating data into intelligence users can rely on.

And we’re not done for the week.

We’re already geared up for Sunday’s publication of the Draft Valuation Roll for 2026 in Scotland, which will be available through our new Insights Scotland module. The same automated engine is primed to process, analyse, and deliver the Scottish revaluation the moment it becomes available.

More to come soon – but for now, a huge thank you to our team, partners, and clients who trust Helix to power the next generation of Business Rates intelligence.
